Service rates depend on hair length, hair and skin condition, and the products used. The rate is confirmed before the service begins.

Chemical services — keratin, hair botox, nanoplastia, smoothing, colour and highlights — depend on the current condition of your hair. We may advise against a service, or recommend a different one, after seeing your hair in person. Results and how long they last vary between people.

Please tell us before any facial, waxing or colour service about allergies, skin sensitivity, recent treatments elsewhere, or medication that affects skin or hair. A patch test is advisable before a first colour service.

Appointments for bridal makeup and long chemical services may require an advance. Please give reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so the slot can be offered to someone else.

Retail products are sold sealed. For hygiene reasons opened products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
