Before you book
Why are rates not listed on the website?
Because most of our services genuinely cannot be priced from a list. A keratin treatment on short hair and on waist-length hair are different amounts of product and time, and a colour on virgin hair is not the same job as a colour over an old one. Message 86001 29124 with your hair length and what you want done and we will give you a proper figure.
Keratin, botox, nanoplastia or smoothing — which one do I need?
They solve different problems. Keratin is mainly for frizz and manageability, hair botox is a deep conditioning treatment for damaged hair, nanoplastia is a formaldehyde-free smoothing that keeps movement, and smoothing is the strongest and straightest result. The right answer depends on the condition of your hair, so let us see it first — we would rather talk you out of the wrong one than take the booking.
How long will a treatment last?
It varies with your hair and, more than anything, with what you wash it with afterwards. A sulphate shampoo will strip a keratin treatment quickly. We give aftercare instructions with every chemical service and stock the shampoos that protect the result.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk in for a haircut, beard or clean-up. Book ahead for keratin, smoothing, nanoplastia, highlights and any bridal or party makeup — these need a longer slot and, in wedding season, they fill up.
Is it a unisex salon?
Yes. We serve both men and women, and we carry the products and the skills for both — grooming and beard work as well as colour, treatments and bridal makeup.
What are your timings?
8:30 AM to 9:30 PM. The early and late slots are the quietest if you want to be in and out.
